my Story
Hello, My Name Siesha Wilkins & I go by Chef Sy. I'm a young Black Entrepreneur who began my Business a year after Culinary School. I attended Le Cordon Bleu of Chicago September of 2013-May 2014. It was an Experience that I'll never forget. I started out selling plates and was getting little to no support. I kept going because I knew that God had a plan for me. So in January of 2017 I quit my job to go full time with my Business. No plan just a vision that God gave me. I only had two clients that year. I Know right lol. TERRIBLE! I had two years of being Broke! Little to no clients! I kept going because I knew that this vision God gave me was real so I had to see it through! Now fast-forward.. 2018 my business was picking up I was meal prepping and catering slowly but surely. I got my First celebrity client August of 2018 just only 2 days before my birthday . Jerian Grant at the time was signed to Chicago Bulls! I was BEYONDDD excited I couldnt believe it! Thats when things began to take off for my business. I started catering more, I officially became a Private Chef in 2019 which is my dream Job! Currently following the vision God gave me and its clear that with Faith, Perseverance, Hardship, Prayer and a vision theres Nothing God wouldnt do! I'm Living Proof that success isnt a overnight thing and that any good thing takes Time.. its God Timing or it wont last. He's still writing my story and theres some more to be!
