HOW DOES IT WORK?
MEAL PLANNING 101
Meal Planning can be easy with just a little help. EVERY Thursday there will be a Weekly Meal plan posted on my site that'll contain varies meals that are curated to mutual taste preferences. The Weekly Meal plan can be slightly customized based on allergies & taste. So, please dont hestitate to ask for substitute options! You will be sent a Questionnaire sent via email. Just to get an understanding on the ideal meal prep you're looking for. Also, For My clients who have strict dietary needs we can go over customizing a Meal plan just for you! Once we've gone over your customize plan you will pick a package that best fits your budget. You will be one step closer to your goal!
where do I start?
Step 1
Choose a Meal plan Package that best fit your budget & comfortability! All packages are different and theres always a package that'll be great just for you! From 6 meals a week to 21 meals a week!
Step 2
Although there is a Weekly Meal Plan you will still be emailed a questionnaire asking Various question to get a better understanding of your ideal meal plan. Which will consist of the Proteins, Veggies & carb you will and will not eat.. or what you wouldnt mind trying. The kind of taste & dietary needs that you're looking to stay within. Each Package plan is different based solely on helping you reach your goals!
Step 3
Once you've pick a package that best fits you and added to cart and once your payment is complete. The Questionnaire will be sent via email. Lastly, all meals goes out Monday & Tuesday After 2 P.M.
